We take a variety of poses and expressions for selection, and you can view them instantly on-site. Each team member receives one professionally edited, high-resolution image delivered through a private online gallery or secure file transfer.
The SET-UP Fee

We offer headshot sessions for your team or staff at your office or another location of your choice. Our flat rate for on-location shoots includes a photo assistant, transportation, parking, and 'studio' setup fees. The cost for team sessions varies based on team size and per-person price.

Do you provide headshots at events?
We specialize in capturing event headshots and can seamlessly provide professional headshots on demand for any number of participants, whether it's at expos or annual meetings. Moreover, we provide services like lead generation, individual selection, and image delivery, as well as event photography and videography for a variety of corporate events. Can you match headshots we have taken previously?
Sure! Simply share an image you want us to match or provide an example of a preferred style, and we'll handle the rest.
What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?
If it’s difficult to coordinate everyone on the same day due to the dynamic nature of office work, we have a solution. We can start by visiting the office to capture headshots for part of the staff. For remote employees or those with variable schedules, we can arrange studio sessions at times that work for everyone. No matter the circumstances, we guarantee a smooth process, ensuring each individual receives a professional headshot that aligns with the company brand.
